They achieved this remotely, only with my measurements and keeping in touch to make sure I would be happy with the final result. I ordered two tweed dresses and had them posted to Australia. They arrived within about a week, ahead of the estimated delivery date. Packaged beautifully with a hand written note included made it quite special - service which is hard to find! The garments were of beautiful quality & fitted well!
